Welcome to Inboxly. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
"Platform" refers to Inboxly, the SaaS application for WhatsApp Business API management. "User" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account. "Services" refers to all features provided through the Platform, including messaging, broadcasting, automation, and contact management.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp Business API policies and Meta's terms of service. You shall not: send spam or unsolicited messages, use the platform for illegal activities, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform, or exceed your plan's messaging quota.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
Each plan includes a monthly message quota. Messages exceeding your quota will be queued until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Unused messages do not roll over.
You retain full ownership of your data, including contacts, messages, and templates. We act solely as a data processor on your behalf. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe) or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
